This traditional farmhouse is fully restored to a very high standard, comprising a 2 Bed ground floor gîte ideal for people with disabilities and a 3 Bed gîte suitable for 6 people + baby, situated in the heart of Morbihan between the large town of Pontivy and the historic town of Josselin. A 5 minute drive will take you to the local town of Naizin or the village of Credin where the boulangeries are only too pleased to serve you your daily traditional Baguette or croissant.

Kismet is close to the Gulf of Morbihan where you will find a wonderful micro-climate, which is a paradise for migratory birds: the gulf is an ideal home for many protected species. The coastal town of Vannes with its lovely enclosed walls is just a 40 minute drive away. Lorient with large shopping centres as well as traditional shops is also located within a 50 minute drive.

Kismet is in the ideal position for walking, cycling, sightseeing, fishing and golfing.

Kismet is only a 10 minute drive from the Nantes/Breast canel where it's always a pleasure to walk or cycle.
